Some of our year 10 pupils were invited to attend a special Irish language event at Newry leisure centre today. ‘Deis sa Bhreis’ included workshops on Irish Language Careers in various sectors such Television and Radio broadcasting, social media and the various careers available in the Irish medium education sector. Pupils had the opportunity to speak to representatives from these various sectors. They were treated to some freebies and played some fun games too.
