Mr Stephen Briggs, newly appointed Head of Catering Services, Education Authority, for all of Northern Ireland visited St Joseph’s Boys High School Newry, to get an appreciation of front line services, and view precautions and safeguards that have been put in place in Production kitchens, in light of the current Covid circumstances. He was accompanied by Mrs Pamela Freeburn, Senior Catering manager and Mrs Kate Girvan Area Catering manager. Mr Murray Principal was also in attendance.
