It was a great delight to welcome parents and families to school as we celebrated the year 8 mass. Accompanied by our wonderful school choir and musicians, school chaplain Fr Alphonsus led the proceedings and paid gratitude to the role of the pupils' families in helping shape and nurture their unique role as young men in society.
Thank you to Head of Religion Mr Fearon, for organising the celebration assisted by Head of Music Mrs Byrne. We also thank Mrs Grant who accompanied the choir on Piano under the direction of Mrs Byrne.
Special mention to all our Year 8 readers, gift bearers, soloists, and accordionist. You should be very proud of yourselves.
We look forward to further religious celebrations with the other year groups later in the year.
